We have rented other properties around Europe and the USA and this experience in Lucca was the best. I cannot say how wonderful the management company, especially Chiara, was to work with as well as how special the apartment is as well. To stay in such a historic building and have such a well appointed apartment was a plus. Walking distance to practically everything. And Lucca is a great place to pivot and take day trips whether it is the sea or hill towns of Tuscany. We were there for a month and loved every minute.

Our daughter was married in Lucca on July 6th and we used this apartment for getting ready, taking pictures and drive to the church. It was absolutely perfect in every way. There was plenty of space for the makeup artist, photographer, videographer, family members and small bridal party. The pictures taken in the living room area came out just beautiful as it is an elegant well appointed space. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and having two bathrooms was extremely helpful. While the apartment definitely gives off a formal vibe, it also feels very comfortable and cozy. It certainly has that old world charm combined with all the modern amenities you could possibly need. The terrace was a lovely spot to sit and have coffee and we so enjoyed sharing the space with two lovely pigeons who were perched nearby. The entire apartment was extremely clean and very secure. The apartment is very well located and is only a short walk to the main square, shopping and restaurants. Chiara was super responsive with any question I had and was even kind enough to help us lug our suitcases inside. The only thing I would mention is that there are 3 flights of stairs so those with mobility issues, would certainly have a hard time. We on the other hand, loved the workout! Our stay at this property was nothing short of perfect and it will forever be linked with one of the happiest days of our lives. Grazie mille!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Luca. Perfectly located in a quiet residential pocket but close to shops, bars and restaurant at the same time. Very easy access to the top of Lucca’s beautiful walls. The apartment is even better than the pictures, which is saying something! Extremely spacious, great kitchen and the terrace was the cherry on the top. Washing machine was also an added bonus. Chiara made sure everything was seamless, easy check in and check out and fantastic communication all throughout. We’ve already booked our trip to Lucca again next year and wouldn’t think of booking with anyone other than Lucca Apartments and Villas.

Similarly, it only took a few minutes to reach the busiest touristy spots within the walls. Overall, we felt privileged to stay at the apartment. Next time, we will book a chef to come in and cook for us in either the comfort of the dining roomoutside on the terrace which we utilized well.
