Modern and comfortable three-bedroom apartment in a newly built building located next to Arinaga Beach with a terrace.
The property has a fully equipped living room, and kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed and large flat-screen TV. Bathroom with shower tray and all the necessary elements. The apartment offers a master bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds and a terrace from which to enjoy the sun all day.
The apartment has complete equipment, we offer maximum-speed Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen has complete kitchenware, and small appliances such as a toaster, water heater, microwave, juicer, oven and induction cooker. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable with an easy-access shower, screen, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The accommodation provides bed linen and towels. In general, all the necessary elements to enjoy a very pleasant stay in Arinaga.

Arinaga is a coastal municipality in the southwest of Gran Canaria. The two-kilometre walk along the coast links Arinaga Beach, the natural saltwater pools and the original Souk Negro beach of malpaís of volcanic origin, with enormous hammocks on them. At the end of the walk is the Risco Verde swimming area.
The town has picturesque cobblestone streets and colourful typical Canarian houses, which gives it a unique charm. In addition to its beach, Arinaga is famous for its marine reserve, which offers excellent opportunities for snorkelling and diving, allowing visitors to explore the area's rich marine life. This town is located 9 kilometres from the Gran Canaria International Airport and a short distance from the CG-1 highway, which allows you to visit any place on the island easily and in a short time.
Arinaga is also known for its delicious gastronomy, which stands out for its fresh fish and seafood dishes. In its restaurants and bars, you can taste local specialties while enjoying the sea views.
In addition to its natural attractions, Arinaga offers a wide range of services and amenities for its residents and visitors, including shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move around on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to see the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can drop you off at all times and we can help with recommendations. If you go by car, the best option is to rent a car, and we can also organize that, the prices are excellent.
