Authentic apartment in Barcelona located in the centre of the Eixample, a central, safe and quiet area and at the same time active and attractive.
It is a cosy, bright and comfortable apartment. Renovated with style maintaining original elements of the modernist period in Barcelona. Spectacular shared roof terrace with small swimming pool and chill out area with magnificent views of Barcelona.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds which are separated from the bed with a folding screen, a living room with a sofa bed (capacity up to 6 people), American kitchen and 1 full bathroom. The entire apartment has air conditioning (cold/heat) and free WiFi high-speed. In addition, there is Smart TV with international channels and a safety box. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave, oven and cooking utensils. The towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.
The apartment has a balcony with view to Barcelona and is fully renovated and decorated with style, have maintained the original details of the initial construction of the late XIX century. It is ideal for couples, families and business trips. For your safety and convenience, the access to the apartment is via code system.
The building has a large shared terrace with lounge area and small pool for children and adults. There are spectacular views to Barcelona from the terrace. It also has a shared room with washing machines and dryers. The building has elevator from the ground entrance floor to all apartments and to the terrace.
The flat is located in the centre of Barcelona, right in the heart of the Eixample. It is a very safe area, quiet but at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan of Barcelona, where the families are mixed with the young and international atmosphere.

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are a few basic main rules:
- Keep the apartment in perfect conditions.
- Do not smoke in the apartment.
- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation
The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.
We deliver the apartment clean and ready for you. During your stay, if you want, you can ask for the optional extra cleaning service.

Tolle Dachterrasse, ruhige Nachbarschaft.. Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen!
