Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell.
Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Geräumiges Badezimmer mit Fenster.
Der Wintergarten-Balkon ist im September Oktober ein Highlight, da man bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzt und trotzdem geschützt auch und vor allem vosee more

Leider ist der Wintergarten nicht richtig von außen versiegelt, so dass bei jedem Regen das Wasser unter das Laminat dringt. Der Laminatboden ist dabei zu vermodern. Er schimmelt und hebt sich.
