The apartment features two well-distributed bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, plus a double sofa bed that allows flexible configuration for families with children. The living area is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump to ensure maximum comfort in any season.
The fully independent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. It includes all necessary cooking utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The apartment also includes an iron and television with multiple languages.
A great plus is its location, just 900 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and close to supermarkets for convenient shopping. The accommodation offers covered parking space in the same building, which is very convenient for families with a vehicle.
Exteriors include garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor relaxation moments. The shared swimming pool is another advantage for the youngest family members. It is important to note that events and youth groups are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.
