Les instal.lacions són antigues, el sofà llit súper incòmode, alguna persiana encallada, els banys i cuina molt vells. Els matalassos força incòmodes.

Renovació dels banys,manca de forn a la cuina i potser deixar sabó de mans als banys , falta un pot per deixar els coberts a escorrer i un petit fregall a la cuina així com un drap de neteja.
