Recently built apartment, fully equipped in 7 Palmas. A short distance from the football stadium, the Gran Canaria Arena, the Dr. Negrín Hospital, and shopping centres and is very well connected.
The property consists of a spacious living room - a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with a large closet.
Among the equipment are a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and board, travel cot, etc... The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a ceramic hob, microwave, large-capacity fridge with freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils.
The apartment has all the necessary equipment for a stay in the city of Las Palmas.
The apartment is totally private and for the exclusive use of guests, it is in a residential building with
an elevator of 6 houses. Décor may vary and apartments may be allocated between the ground, first and second floors depending on availability.
The location allows you to reach the Dr Negrín Hospital, the soccer stadium, the sports city where international events are held all year round with world-famous artists and the most relevant shopping centres on the island such as the shopping centre in a few minutes on foot. 7 Palmas or Los Alisios. The area offers all the necessary services and more, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops of all kinds. In addition, the area is very well connected, public transport services are excellent, both buses and taxis, allowing you to move around the city or the Island very easily.
Las Canteras beach is a short drive or bus ride away.
All the necessary services are on foot. The soccer stadium, sports city, Dr. Negrín hospital, are within walking distance, a car is not really necessary. Everything is very close and there is a very good public transport service
