Description
The BUSDRAGHI STUDIO faces a renaissance courtyard making it very quiet and peaceful.
The studio is quite small and its size is 25 sq metres, literally a nest, and has a sofa bed. It comes with a kitchen and has no air conditioning.
The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.
The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers).
For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.

- The number of people in the house must not exceed the maximum number of people indicated in the description, including temporary visitors and children. Any exception must be checked and agreed with us.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure

Quello che ci preoccupava inizialmente era l assenza di aria condizionata, tuttavia, come garantito dallo stesso proprietario, la casa era sempre fresca ad ogni nostro rientro. Pulizia impeccabile, ambiente adatto a 1/2 persone, posizione centralissima con un'ottima gelateria di fianco e personale educatissimo e disponibile. Ci torneremo!
