With its typically-Tuscan beamed ceilings and brick columns adding character to the interiors, Casa Ledesma is a one-bedroom apartment with terrace and a very cool feeling. Located inside the walls of Lucca, it is ideal for 2 people and it can accommodate up to 4 with the comfy sofa-bed in the living area.
Lucca is always a good idea for a peaceful break and you will fully enjoy its hidden corners from the panoramic third floor of a characteristic building.
A lovely balcony overlooking the old town roofs and churches will be ready for your aperitivo, as a gentle breeze carries whispers and birds’ songs.
Steps away from the renowned Via Fillungo and from the beautiful Basilica di San Frediano, where you’ll be happy to try a new smart café just open in the adjacent square, the apartment is an ideal base for wandering through the town’s narrow streets lined with shops, restaurants and bars, only broken by a hidden courtyard or by small gardens precious like gems.
For those looking to explore a bit of Tuscany, legendary towns such as Pisa, Florence, Siena or Cinque Terre can be reached within easy drive for day trips into history and old charm.
The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.
The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious, with a stylish interior, comfortable bed, modern well-working equipment and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The owners live just next door and they are so welcoming and helpful - we felt immediately at home! 10/10 for Casa Ledesma!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage im historischen Zentrum von Lucca. Stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, ob zum Kochen oder Kaffee machen, inkl. Filteranlage mit welcher das Leitungswasser sehr gut schmeckt. Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für zwei Personen, da der Balkon klein ist und den Wohn-/Essbereich durch etwas kleinere Fenster nicht soviel Tageslicht erreicht. Parkplatz (1,50€/h von 8:00-20:00) in 5-10min Entfernung. Fantastische Kaffees/Restaurants/Bars/etc fussläufig erreichbar die Tipps der Vermieter waren wirklich sehr gut. Wir haben die Wohnung wirklich sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
