The Port Avenue Duplex is a modern and bright space, located on the ground floor very close to the Port Avenue of Valencia, near the main beaches and the City of Arts and Sciences, where the fishing tradition and modernity come together.
Upon crossing the apartment door, you will be greeted by a very bright ground floor. This floor has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with coffee capsules and herbal teas courtesy. Everything is designed so that you can enjoy your meals at home, providing you with a comfortable and economical alternative.
For your moments of rest, the apartment has high-speed wifi and Smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favourite movies or series. In addition, in this first space, we will enjoy a large table and a comfortable double sofa bed, which allows to expand the maximum of guests up to 4 people comfortably. In addition, you will always enjoy the ideal temperature at any time of the year, thanks to the air conditioning system with cold and heat options.
The main bedroom is located on the first floor up the side stairs, a resting space with a large and comfortable double bed, perfect for regaining energy after a day exploring the streets of Valencia.
The modern bathroom, with its large shower, is equipped with high quality soap and shampoo, providing a touch of luxury and well-being that will make your routine a moment of relaxation.
Well located with easy access to public transport. You will find the Maritim Serreria metro station (line 7) and bus stops No. 4 and No. 19 that will quickly connect you to the heart of Valencia.

Todo muy nuevo, no falta ni un detalle. La distribución de las dos camas es una genialidad que aprovecha el espacio y da un aspecto moderno y útil. Céntrico y con servicios de todo tipo a la mano.

La barandilla del piso superior es un poco peligrosa para los niños pequeños, ya que las cuerdas metálicas se sueltan a poco que se hace presión, algo que para un adulto puede ser solo un detalle estético, pero que una criatura podría colarse y caerssee more
