Spectacular holiday home situated in the complex of Bahia Feliz in the south of Gran Canaria.
The 59 m² flat is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, situated on the beachfront, with wonderful views of the sea and the garden.
It has two double bedrooms, and a capacity for 4 persons, spacious and comfortable living room, bathroom and beautiful balcony with direct views to the beach and the sea.
Terrace 4 m² terrace with furniture, iron, safe, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning, communal heated swimming pool, open air parking in the same building, 1 Smart Tv, satellite Tv with languages: Spanish, English, German.
The semi-independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware.
The flat is located in a very quiet and familiar area next to the sea and only 5m from the sandy beach "Playa del Águila", 10m from the rocky beach "Playa del Águila" and only 100m from the bus station.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Spar", as for restaurants we have at 5km. the "Restaurante O'Canastro Gallego" and 6 km from the restaurant "West End Restaurant", For leisure is located 9 km from the amusement park "Holidayworld Maspalomas" 13 km from the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas" and 14 km from the golf course "Maspalomas Golf". Emblematic places to visit: "Pico de las Nieves" 35 km away, 39 km from "Roque Nublo", 48 km from the village of "Tejeda" and 79 km from the natural park "Parque Natural Tamadaba".

Lovely apartment with a gorgeous balcony and view over the ocean. It was spacious enough for four people, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The location is good too, it's quiet but close enough to Las Palmas and Maspalomsee more
