The 30m2 studio is cleverly designed to maximize space. A comfortable 1.35-inch bed folds into the wall, giving you more space during the day to relax and enjoy the views of the pool and lush gardens. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the panoramic views.
Our accommodation offers a wide range of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. From free WiFi to air conditioning, washing machine, microwave and more, you'll have everything you need to feel at home.
During your stay, you will have access to the impressive communal pool and extensive gardens, where you can relax in the warm Andalusian sun. Please note that pool hours are subject to maintenance staff availability and may close temporarily for safety and maintenance reasons.
Located in the prestigious urbanization of Sotogrande, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. With supermarkets and restaurants just a few steps away and Sotogrande beach just 3 km away, you will have endless options to enjoy your free time.
We recommend renting a car to explore the region's natural beauty. Driving to the stunning beaches of Cádiz will take you approximately 40 minutes to Tarifa or 20 minutes further to Bolonia. In addition, just 2 kilometres from the apartment, you will find the exclusive Port of Sotogrande, where you can enjoy a wide range of gastronomic offerings and discover the famous El Ke restaurant.

Nice place to stay a little bit background noise from the road during a day. Much more quiet in the evening. Very nice garden, shops are close by and it’s like five minutes by car to the beach. I enjoyed it and it was worth of money.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, es una zona tranquila y cómoda. Tiene una buena piscina no muy concurrida. La comunicación muy bien, Gustavo siempre atento a cualquier pregunta. Sin duda volveremos, ha sido una experiencia increíble.
