In front of the sea, just a few metres from the exclusive Sa Tuna beach, is this wonderful Villa with so much personality.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you access the spacious living-dining room that leads out to the large terrace with incredible views of the sea and the coast. On the same floor there is a second viewing lounge, ideal for enjoying the views from inside. The kitchen is fully equipped and is separate from the other rooms. On this floor there is 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom.
Going up the stairs, on the first floor, we find 3 more bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has direct access to a second terrace with even better sea views. The second double bedroom has the same orientation with views. The third bedroom is single. There is a third full bathroom for both bedrooms.
In addition to the large terraces with their incredible views, the house has a large outdoor area on different levels with a barbecue area.
There is parking on the property for guests.

Phantastic Villa at an extraordinary location

Large, spacious Villa, recently renovated, in very good condition. The setting is phantastic, and we enjoyed the abundant views from many windows and several terraces. The Villa was equipped with everything necessary to make the stay enjoyable.

As the Villa is old, there are some details that did not work, resp. were worn out (window did not close, a lounge seat was not usable, and another seat was found broken). The house needs continuous attention and make-ups, hopefully this is done - gisee more
