Villa très bien située dans un bel environnement, beau jardin bien agrémenté. Toutes les pièces ont une belle vue soit sur le jardin, soit sur la plaine, colline et mer.

Pour la piscine, il serait bon d'avoir à disposition l'épuisette pour pouvoir ramasser les feuilles ou aiguilles de pins, etc... sans avoir à attendre la personne chargée du nettoyage de la piscine.
