The villa holds everything that it promises. The outside area is really beautiful and spacious.
Inside, everything is nicely decorated and very clean and all of the seating areas are great for smallerlarger groups.

The villa itself was excellent, with great views, lots of space, clean, and extremely quiet. The pool was excellent and the children loved it. A vehicle is needed, but the location is ideal for trips to Lucca, shopping, groceries, and sightseeing. We managed to tour a lot of the Northern Tuscany areas. Martina was extremely helpful and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend this villa to others and are intent on returning!

The pool, the sunset seating, the clean, well appointed, spacious rooms far exceeded our expectations. We hope to return to Villa Francigena soon.
